New to Bridge Intl? This is the complete walkthrough — from creating your account to receiving your parcel in Perth. Shop from any Chinese store, send it to your personal China warehouse, and we consolidate and ship it to your door. Most new customers are set up in under 10 minutes.

Shipping from China to Australia

This is what most customers use us for: buy from Taobao, 1688, Pinduoduo, JD or any Chinese seller, have it delivered to your personal Bridge Intl warehouse in China, and we combine everything and ship it to Australia.

1. Create your account

   Go to bridgeintl.com.au and register. You can sign in instantly with WeChat, or register by email with your name, phone number, postcode and a password (8+ characters). We'll text you a verification code to confirm your phone.

2. Find your China warehouse address

   Log into the Customer Portal, then open Package Management → China Warehouse. Choose the tab for your route — Sea, LCL or Air — as each route uses a different warehouse. Use the "Full address — copy & paste this" line and the Copy buttons to fill in your order form exactly.

   Your UID matters. Your address includes your UID plus a route suffix (for example PER88009S, where S = Sea). This is how the warehouse identifies your parcels — a missing or wrong UID means your goods can't be sorted to you, so always copy the full address.

3. Shop and ship to the warehouse

   Buy from any Chinese seller. At checkout, paste the full warehouse address for your chosen route as the delivery address, making sure the UID + suffix is included exactly as shown. Keep every parcel on the same route so it all lands at the same warehouse.

4. Pre-declare your packages

   Once the seller ships and you have the China courier tracking number, open Package Management → Pre-declare Packages and enter each parcel's contents, tracking number and value. This lets us match your goods the moment they land and keeps your customs paperwork accurate.

5. Submit, pay and ship

   When all your goods have arrived at the warehouse, go to Package Management → Pack & Ship and submit your pack & ship instruction. You'll get the weight, volume and quote — once you pay (under Transactions), we pack and dispatch your shipment for export.

6. Customs clearance and door delivery

   We handle Australian customs clearance and arrange door-to-door delivery anywhere in Australia, or self-pickup from our Canning Vale warehouse. Track every stage from your account.

Shipping from Australia to China

Sending parcels or gifts to family and friends in China works the same way, in reverse.

1. Enter your consignment online

   Sign in and create a new shipment. Enter what you're sending and the recipient's address in China.

2. Upload documents and book

   Add any required documents, then choose a pickup from your address or drop-off at our Canning Vale warehouse.

3. Dispatch and track

   We ship and clear your parcel, then follow it in real time until it's delivered to your recipient in China.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account before I buy anything?

Yes — register first, then in the Customer Portal go to Package Management → China Warehouse to get the address and UID for your route. Always paste that full address, including the UID + suffix, into your orders so we can match parcels to you.

Sea, LCL or air — which should I choose?

Air is fastest and best for small, urgent or valuable items. Sea parcel is cheapest for bulky or heavy family shopping. LCL sea freight suits larger commercial volumes. You'll see the quote before you pay, and each route has its own warehouse address in the portal.

Can I combine several orders into one shipment?

Yes. That's the main way we save you money — we hold your parcels as they arrive and consolidate them into a single shipment at Pack & Ship before export.

How do I know where my shipment is?

Every shipment is trackable in real time from your account, from the China warehouse through customs to your door.
